any of your personal data are recorded, processed or used if you visit our Internet site.

1. Who is responsible for your personal information?

Data Protection Act.

2. What data are recorded and processed when I visit the ULTRADENT website?
None of your personal data will be recorded or processed when you visit the ULTRADENT website (www.ultradent.de). Although data is temporarily stored and processed in a protocol file every time any user visits the site, these data are not personal.

The following data are stored every time a page is opened:
• IP address
• Date and time
• Page opened/name of file that was retrieved
• Amount of data transferred
• Notice whether the access/retrieval succeeded
• Name of referring page if the access/retrieval came about via an external link and the search term if the access/retrieval came about via an external search engine.

User data are only recorded in order to anonymously evaluate general user behavior. This statistic evaluation helps us improve our Internet pages and adapt them more to your needs. This anonymous data is used in no other way; it is not given to third parties. When opening individual pages, so-called “temporary cookies” are used to ease navigation. Personal data are only recorded, processed and used in order to close contracts or protect justified business interests in connection with consulting and serving our customers or demand-oriented product design.

4. Is personal data given to third parties?
Fundamentally, personal data is never given to third parties. Insofar as the Federal Data Protection Act permits, transmitting personal data within the ULTRADENT company may only be done if this is necessary to answer your question or request.
